Privacy Policy

In plain language
We collect only what we need to run your AI agent and reply to you. We never sell your data, never share it with ad platforms, and never use it to train models across clients without your consent. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data any time at operations@on-the-line.ai.
An internal-only pipeline: call → Vapi AI processing → n8n automation → your CRM. Encrypted at every hop. Nothing is sold, shared, or used to train models without your consent.
What data we collect
- Web form data: name, email, and phone number you submit through this site.
- Call audio: recordings and transcripts of calls handled by your agent, captured with the disclosure described below.
- Interaction logs: metadata such as call times, outcomes, and routing for reporting and quality.
How we use it
- To deliver the service — configuring, running, and improving your AI agent.
- To train and tune your agent — only with your consent.
- To send you weekly performance reports and respond to your inquiries.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data, or your customers' data.
- We do not share data with advertising platforms.
- We do not use your data for cross-client model training without explicit consent.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers. Each maintains its own privacy policy:

Each sub-processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement. We do not authorize sub-processors to use your data for their own purposes.
Data retention
Web form data is held for 24 months or until you request deletion. Call recordings are retained per your business's configuration and compliance policy.
Voice call audio and transcripts processed through Vapi are subject to Vapi's standard data retention policy unless a zero-retention or HIPAA-compliant configuration has been activated for your account. Healthcare clients requiring HIPAA compliance should contact us at operations@on-the-line.ai before onboarding to ensure the correct infrastructure tier is activated.
TCPA disclosure
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive AI-generated calls and texts from On The Line on behalf of the client business you are contacting. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS opt-in
By providing your phone number you consent to receive text messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing operations@on-the-line.ai. California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) residents have additional rights, including the right to erasure and the right to know.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
